Finning IT Project Manager interview questions

Had 2 interviews. One with hiring manager and another follow-up meeting with some of the senior project management team. During initial interview a minimum salary was shared by the recruitment company I was working with. When it came to the job offer I was provided with a low ball offer well below current market value for years of experience. Finning HR is clearly unaware of the going rate for experienced Senior Project Managers.
