The interview process was pretty good until the end, I was approached by a recruiter and the meeting was set up promptly. Unfortunately, the company passed the decision onto the external recruiter. And let's be honest, I can't imagine that relaying rejection decisions is at the top of the list. However, they did give me some feedback when I emailed them. My advice would be to contact people directly, the minute a candidate has to chase an application you've failed them.
