Pretty informal. They really try to sell the job and disillusion you that there might be opportunities to move up and work for the FT newspaper when there is actually not. You are interviewed by the team managing editor first and then big editor of the Money Media publications. There might be a writing test but it depends on the job and what the editors want.

We talked about my expectations from the internship and we discussed the tech stack the company uses and also talked about my solution to the coding assessment they had sent to me prior to the interview
