Interview
After submitting my resume I was contacted within 24 hours. They sent a link for an assessment and scheduled the interview for the following week. Questions are pre-typed from HR and Branch Managers can only add two of their own choice, so they are pretty generic. They then talked about the incentive pay that was available as well.

Interview
Interview process seemed very promising. There was strong mention of working on the platform in less then a year. Exceeded sales goal yet over a year and no sign of opportunity to advance.
