straightforward and honest. answered questions about myself not much experience needed. genuine kind people. video submission and filled out forms. would recommend but i decided against because the age variation - i wanted to work with young people

Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
