Typically start with phone screen with HR, then move on to multiple interviews with team members and then hiring manager. Team members interviewed one after the other while I stayed in the conference room.

Fidelity Clearing Canada interview process consisted of phone screening interview followed by an in-person 2 panel interview. Mass candidate interviews.
Interview panel consisted of an HR and a BA person. They had pages of pre-scripted questions which looked like a booklet of questions that they looked through in front of me and then selected the questions they wanted to ask me.
Not sure what to even think of this interview process but I was pretty sure after about 5 minutes into the interview that I didn't want to work with these people or work for this company.

Interview
Very Professional. They made me feel very comfortable. Fidelity is a very classy company. Their questions were easy and quite relevant to the job. They got back to me in 2 days with a feedback. I enjoyed the process. My Manager did ask me questions around my Finance doamin knowledge and my business analysis skills and artifacts writing skills.
