Interviewed by the Branch Leader prior to the HR screen—from application to the two interviews, only took ~2 weeks; heard back after another two weeks for the rejection. Overall, pretty straight-forward and transparent process.

Standard “tell me about yourself” questions, questions about what motivates your work, etc., as well as more fine-grained ones about experience pertaining to direct client outreach and working on a team.

Several rounds of interviews with different recruiters throughout the process. Finally an in person meeting with the three leaders of the local Atlanta Georgia branch office location. The interview was pretty standard and the questions were straight forward with no tricks or gotcha questions to be prepared for ahead of time.

Interview
The application process was straightforward and I felt confident that I had delivered a good application. I was told I would hear back in response within 2-5 business days and I believe a recruiter called me only a couple days later. The recruiter was very professional on the phone and informative on the role.
