I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Southlake, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
First round behavioral interview: My interview performance was mediocre in all honesty. Typical interview questions were something like "tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer" or "tell me about a time you managed disagreement between people" and so on. I wasn't super interested in the job and perhaps that showed. The compensation package was atrocious but I guess as a first job out of college in this abysmal job market it can be attractive to some people. Glad to have not received an offer because the feedback from the recruiter made it seem like they have incredibly high standards for a low-tier compensation package.

Interview
Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.

Interview
2 separate interviews. 1 phone call and 1 zoom meeting. The zoom meeting was with 2 people. Both were very kind and created a welcoming atmosphere. Each one asked unique questions but the conversation involved everyone

Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. There's the initial phone screen after you apply then they do a credit/background check then you're on to the final interview which is on zoom.
