Interview
The interview process consisted of questions about yourself and job experience. First, it took me three days to receive a call for a 1-1 interview after applying. Then I went filled out the background check form. During the interview, I talked about my hobbies, previous work experience, and education.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
