Interview
Very simple interview process. Basically asked a couple of questions about basic information and previous work experience. They then outlined the position and the daily tasks involved and asked if I would be able to perform them.

Based on your previous work experience, what have you learned that would help you in this position?
group interview with a bunch of people, ask you to do different activities and usually offer and job at the end. Sometimes they just accept CVs and will take new people on, they're always hiring
Phone interview first, called back within a week for formal interview with manager, I was hired at the interview with the manager. He was very friendly and professional. The interview was not as formal as believed it would be. Khaki and store shirts are the attire so that it what the manager had on as well.
