Interview
Fanatics had 3 phone interviews with me and then flew me to Jacksonville to interview in person. Was told the whole time that I was the front runner for the position and then did not receive offer. Also did not receive travel money that was promised to me from the recruiter. Overall a miserable experience.
The interview process includes application review, HR screening, technical questions, behavioral assessments, panel interviews, presentations, feedback discussions, negotiation, and final offer, ensuring candidate skills, culture fit, and organizational alignment throughout.

Interview was brief but to the point. During the process, recruiter was making non verbal gestures of touching her face to show annoyance or frustration at my responses. Interview ended shortly after.
