Tranquilo, bem descomplicado e rápido. Ao contrário de várias empresas em São Paulo a Evino não trata o seu funcionário como um número e isso fica evidente logo na entrevista, que é feita de forma individual, onde ela conhece melhor o candidato e o mesmo conhece melhor a empresa o ambiente. É péssimo ser tratado como gado em uma sala com diversas pessoas.
