Two interviews. One that was meant to be a screening and one that was a bit more on the technical side about GIS experience.
Overall it was a pretty casual and easy experience. Didn’t have to take a test.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Everforth Apex Systems (Austin, TX)
Interview
Interview was very easy- recruiter contacted me via linked in to chat. Had a 30 min FaceTime interview where very rudimentary GIS questions were asked. They followed up not too long after with a job offer for a contract position with a large tech company.

two rounds of HR interview. The first round is talking about basic information. And the second round asks some GIS questions. It's super easy for both who is in the GIS area and who is not.
