Interview
First a CES test with different chapters at the Antwerp office (GMDSS, Navigation, COLREGS, Medical, Culture, Cargo Ops, ECDIS). Once this step was completed the office in Greece scheduled a Skype interview to ask me a couple question and validate my candidacy.

- Give me a brief explanation of your background with Euronav as cadet/apprentice.
- How do you perceive multicultural crews ?
- Few questions about the future of ECDIS.
