Every enounter and interaction with the folks at Ethan Allen was excellent. Every person I met was warm and gracious. The regional manager is very impressive, smart, thorough, direct and creative. She is definitely someone I would love to work for and learn from. She has incredible business aptitude. The Chicago showroom manager was also impressive, passionate about the brand and growing EA market share. First interview was at the Design Studio where I also met the VP of sales. Great meet and greet. Second interview was at the Oakbrook showroom to measure my sales, drawing, and design aptitude. A fun and challenging exercise which made sense, they were learning my sales style and design skills which I thought was a great way to ensure I would be a good fit. They also let me know their decision the next day which I appreciated.
