In the first interview, the recruiter focused behavioral and soft skills. The recruiter also asked domain-specific questions, to get some insight of my technical skills. The second interview focused more on domain-specific skills and how that is related to the position.

I recently went through three rounds of interviews at Ericsson, Sweden—first with two hiring managers, then with the team, and finally with a recruiter. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing interview experiences I’ve had. Despite investing significant time and effort in the process, I received no response—even after following up via email to inquire about the status. This lack of communication reflects poorly on the recruitment process and leaves a negative impression. Based on this experience, my interest in joining Ericsson has significantly decreased. I sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve its candidate experience moving forward.
Interview was virtual. Very friendly and appropriate questions.
Two stage interview process. Well organised. Not too many off-topic or social questions like some other Western countries. Interview also offered good insight into the prospective role.
Basic HR questions. Tell me about yourself. Tell me about a time you did very well in a project . Tell me about your strengths and weak points . Why do you want this position , why do you want to work in this company
