Applied online through my school, got an interview which was easy it was What do you know about AXA? How could you help AXA? What are your hobbies, What do you want to do in 20 years. Really easy relaxed interview, i was so nervous.

It was not terribly difficult, but it does requires a good work ethic as well as you need to show that you can make a positive impact and contribute to the good atmosphere. Overall a great experience.

The interview was a phone call and was very casual. I asked most of the questions while the person just answered the questions. He said they didn't hire that many interns.
