pretty straight forward, your experience with cleaning and also if you are physically strong enough to get the job done, you will sit down with maintenance manager and its only one interview. its more of a vibe check

Informal interview process but the interviewer was very nice. It felt more like a conversation. She asked me about previous jobs and what I expected from Equinox. The pay was far lower than I was expecting.
