Extremely professional and thorough. Each person I met with seemed knowledgeable, professional and polite. They really emphasize the "lifestyle" as an employee, with focus on health and wellness- and being around that as profession. Seems like a great company with very dedicated employees. Questions weren't difficult, more qualifying the experience and skills necessary and expected.

I had a phone interview with the Equinox recruiter who was excellent. Then an in person interview with the recruiter and GM. Final interview was with the regional who also was amazing and had some great interview questions. Start to finish the process took less than 2 weeks. They were organized, professional and direct.
