Annoyingly long process to apply. Had an interview with the well-being team. They were very nice, but unfortunately did not have a marketing background... as a result I don't think they understood much when explaining my experiences and past projects.
Also the job description was quite confusing. It was not clear on the exact function and purpose of the role. Again, this is likely a result of those hiring not having any marketing experience. Sometimes it is worth getting dedicated marketing agency help to solve these issues.
