Group interview in a big room with 2 people asking questions to see how we respond. Asked about job experience etc. if you get the job you do your fingerprints and drug test as well as paperwork all in the same day, they also ask you to write down what you've done for your last 10 years, it's very tedious and you can't have gaps( this is after the interview) be prepared to be there for 3 hours after if you get hired. If you don't then they say to wait a week for "results" on your notes and they'll email you. They call you at the end one by one to tell you the decision. I applied to part-time position, however, part time means you need to have open availability. Since the airport is 24/7 and they go by seniority when it comes to shifts, you don't know what you will get and when, so no stability when it comes to shifts. If you have school or another job, they won't hire you, happened to the others that interviewed with me.
