The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2013
Interview
Begins with an online application and if they like your resume you will be contacted by a Talent Acquisition Manager (HR) for a phone interview. The main point of the phone interview is to see if you have any sales experience and how you communicate on the phone. The second interview will be with the Talent Acquisition Manager. They'll just ask basic questions and see if you fit in the company culture.
The next interview will be with a Branch and an Area Manager. Here they'll ask STAR questions and let you shadow the branch. Be sure to show interest and ask a lot of questions. Tip: Don't forget to smile... Helps to make you more likable and shows them you have a personality. Last interview is with the Regional Vice President. If you've made a great impression with the other three interviewers you'll be fine. This person will look for confidence and sales experience. Don't be afraid if he/she says that they don't think you'll fit because you lack sales experience. They look for people that will overcome that objection and not give up with the first no. Remember, salespeople hear a lot of no's and have to be able to overcome those kind of objections.
Overall, it can be a lengthy process (about 3 weeks for me) but a great experience. Offered $33,000 starting salary with long work hours. If you want an easy job where you sit at a desk.. Don't bother applying. My advice, do your homework before applying at a company to ensure you'll fit. Know the mission statement and culture and sell yourself to the interviewers. If you can't sell yourself how can you sell their products or services?

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Interview
Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
