Recruiter reached out. Did a initial phone interview. Was told I would be advancing to the next round. Never heard back, got ghosted. That says a lot about the character of the recruiter and the culture of the company. Was willing to hear them out despite of the negative reviews on here, but it seems like those warnings are accurate.

Even so, the offered pay will likely lowball you. The team didn't seem interested, even once offer was given. Had to reach out to try and confirm details and meet more people on the team
