It was three rounds of interviews for a position I never applied. The questions were relatively easy for someone of my experience. The questions seemed canned just to fill the quota of interviewed applicants.

Why are you not looking at audit positions in your organization?

Interview
Process took several weeks as they wanted me to meet with several Managers an Directors individually and interviews were scheduled sequentially. All conducted virtually. I have worked in matrix organizations in the past, but not one of the members of management could identify the person to whom the position would report. Did not or could not share an organization chart. Seemed very uncoordinated.
