There are three interview stages. The first is a video interview process where you record yourself answering typical STAR questions. The second stage is a phone interview. The third stage is an in-person interview with the Financial Advisor you would be working with.

Question 1
They asked me to describe a time I made an error at work and how I addressed it.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
