Very nice, casual chat with a manager, quite relaxed and informal. You do have to give two references that they can check. Really positive and friendly, was offered a job on the spot.

No response, not the first time I have seen their roles, now I see why they can't hold onto staff, and basic manners if someone takes the time to write and not just send a basic CV, but to take time to communicate, then maybe you should respond
