First, they did a phone screening that took around less than 10 minutes to see if you even qualified for an interview. Then, if you pass to the next round, they will conduct a Zoom interview with someone in the department, and if they like you, they will invite you to see the school in person and do another interview. I was offered to go into the third round of interviews but then told they moved on to other people. So, if you get invited to do the third interview with them, do not guarantee it because they may reject you out of nowhere. They are nice people, but they seem a bit shady for going back on their invite.
