The interview was extremely friendly, they asked many behavior-based questions. One thing they did point out was that my GPA was higher than my peers (3.76/4.00) so many questions were centered around if I got stressed easily or if I felt like I had good time management or stress management skills. They told me that they find many engineering students with higher than average GPAs tend to "burn out". That was the one negative part of the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Eastman (Cookeville, TN) in Sept 2015
Interview
Multiple STAR and case study questions. Focused heavily on problem solving logic and interpersonal communication. The interview was performed on campus at a college career fair. It was performed 1:1 with a newly hired mechanical engineer from the same university.
