Interview
The overall process included several stages: the first of which was a CV screening to see if we meet the general criteria. This is followed by three online tests/assessments: The Situational Strengths Assessment, Business Behaviours Assessment, and the What's Your Mind-set Assessment. If successful, this is followed by a telephone interview.

Interview
Online Application. After the application, you will be required to take an online assessment. After 2-4 weeks, if you have passed the online assessment, you will be invited to the assessment center for a group assessment.
Easy, first online tests, then telephone interview. The waiting time between the two processess are really long, probabaly three months. And then everything was easy, based on competency questions and motivational questions.
