EPG Group interview questions

Erste Gespräch war gut aber das gespräch mit CEO war sehr unangenehm. Typisches Unternehmen mit ausschließlich Männern in Führungspositionen. Er bemühte sich nicht, es dem Kandidaten bequem zu machen. Fragen waren: warum willst du hier arbeiten? Warum willst du dein Job verlassen? Warum willst du mit Technologie arbeiten?

Really prompt action to coordinate interview and very friendly and professional throughout the recruitment process. Initially had a brief phone conversation then went into the office for a face to face interview with the team, then the CEO also joined in the end of the interview which was really good as in previous interviews the CEO does not meet in the initial stages.
