Applied online, first interaction was a brief 30-minute phone interview. Following this, I was invited to a hiring night in the company office, and back for another in-person interview which lasted an hour and I met with 2 people for a group interview at first, and then met individually with another employee who asked additional questions.

RDV pour le poste auquel j'avais répondu qui ne s'est révélé ne pas être le bon: les annonces pour deux postes assez proches étaient suffisamment obscures pour être confondues, point confirmé par la personne m'ayant reçue. Orientation vers d'autres postes en cours de processus.

Skype interview for the 1st round (30min): presentation, motivation to join the company & to do the job, questions about the job content
She took the time to explain the company, the corporate culture, the organisation, where the job is whithin the organisation.
Very friendly and to the point approach.
15 minutes for her to talk and ask questions and 15 minutes for you to ask questions
