Interview
I did the application online then they sent me an email for a phone interview. The phone interview was quite simple questions like you’d get at any interview, not too technical. The interviewer was friendly. After a couple of weeks, I was invited to the assessment day. There were group tasks and discussions followed by individual interviews. The questions were technical related, mostly about nuclear energy.

Explain the function of each part on this diagram of a nuclear facility
The arctic shore assessment was good and bad. it does require a level of thinking such as response time and adaptability, however, it is measuring more than that. It is also about how quickly you can bounce back and recover from a mistake
