Gamified online assessment. It was fast paced and challenging, not very forgiving of mistakes, but overall it was manageable and even fun. Practice questions can be found online, while not the same most of the time it can come pretty close. You can also find youtubers who go through similar questions and walk you through how to approach each type of game and maximise your chances of achieving a high score.

I had an Arctic Shore test a few days after submitting my application online. Then an online interview a few days after the test where i got four or five questions and unlimited time to prepare for each question and record.
