Interview
Started with competency test. A few basic questions the a walk through of how you would change a meter, starting the moment you leave your van. Next, was given 10 minutes to prepare for a role play situation. Role play included dealing with an irate and demanding customer. This was followed by an interview which lasted an hour or so.

Interview practical role play. The interviewer noticed I had 3 fingers missing on my left hand
I thought this isn't good and was proved right when 6 days later got an email to say I was unsuccessful
