Interview
It was a really simple interview. They look for optimism, energy, friendliness, and character. They didn’t ask too much about prior experiences, more about you as a person. Just be yourself.

What would you title the chapter of life you’re in right now?
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.

What was a time that I was leader in my professional or personal life?
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.
