I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' in May 2013
Interview
I applied in person at the store and received a call back from the manager that same day asking when I was available to come in for an interview, which ended up being that very same day. I went in for one interview and they asked me how soon I could start, which ended up being that same day. Simple interview, just to make sure you're a competent person who won't burn the store down when management isn't there.
Tell them about yourself and how you’re a leader. Give them examples and you should get the job. It really isn’t a difficult interview. Will the one I’m working at wasn’t difficult. Good luck!
Scheduled me for one interview to meet in person. Asked basic questions such as what was your past Dunkin experience, strengths and weaknesses. Got a call back 24 hours later
Easy questions about transportation and timeliness. Interview went well and they asked about goals in the company and why you are an asset to the team and how you can contribute.
