The interview was quick and straight to the point as the employer sat me down and just asked the interview questions immediately. At the end, the employer simply told me they will call if I am the correct candidate for the position.
Not that much of a difficult process. It likely depends how full the store is. Most of the time you can ask to see the Store Manager and they'll perform a walk-in interview.

I applied online and was asked to meet in the store for an in person interview. I walked inside and the manager was walking around the store working, so she interviewed me while walking around the store and showing me things. The interview was maybe 5 minutes and was more about showing me what I'll be doing than about asking me questions. Wasn't thorough at all. Great if you just need a job fast, but the store was on a downhill trend already and I ended leaving pretty quickly as things got worse.
