I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dollar Tree (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2012
Interview
Easy. Not too complicated. "What would you do in x situation?" etc. The interviewer was nice and understanding but I didnt really do too well though. Good luck to others that do though. They seem good enough of a company to work for.
Interview was too easy. Interviewer did not give me all of the details about the position. Interviewer let me know the top pay and they wanted me right away but the hiring supervisor asked her to get me to take a very low number for this role.
The interview process was professional, The store manager seemed nice. I though this would be a decent place to work. After being offered the job and accepting. The District Manager instead fill the position with his own applicant without ever notifying me.
