Had a video interview which i thought went well. Then i never heard from them which i thought was very strange since i took the time out and they never had the courtesy to even respond though the interview seemed very positive

Had 1 video interview with the hiring manager and the new sales manager, who had only been in post one day!
Didn’t really ask any relevant experience questions, more focus on why you want to work for them…. What was it about them as a company that attracted you.
It’s time employers stated to understand that interviews are a 2 way street!
Also, 4 weeks on, still waiting on feedback! I’m ok with being told “we don’t think your a fit” but don’t ghost people! It’s not cool, it’s just rude! Especially when you hire someone who’s sole role to the hire people! Please don’t tell me that person is so being they can’t send a “thanks but no thanks”…
Came across Arrogant in my opinion.

Our company culture is extremely important to us, and we will always have more of an informal approach to get to know our candidates, their motivations, values and aspirations for work within a first-round call or team’s interview before going on to assess their experience and skillset in a second round.
