Interview
It’s a basic interview with the usual questions with a Sales Manager. If they are interested in you you will get a 2nd interview with the Store Manager then for some positions the district manager. Wear professional attire no jeans make sure you know something about the company. They stress that you have a sales goal and what it means and if you’re confident in your ability to make it.
Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
