I applied online via a job board. I received a call from the assistant store manager in a few days to schedule a time to come in for the interview. I interviewed with the person who initially called me. I was given a tour of the sales floor. After I was invited back for an interview with the store manager. She offered me the position on site.

If you were to go to so in so place what would you wear? Also, lots of questions about social interactions.
Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
