Preliminary Online Interview: The IT team just wants to see what you're like as a person and decided to invite you to campus. I think HR selects candidates.
School Visit (short interviews on campus): Easy, you're interviewing them as much as you're being interviewed. The conversations are short, so you have to be on the ball about asking questions. In my experience, people had different expectations for the role (maybe because the role is new and people are wary about the use of edtech in schools), so I found the experience somewhat confusing and not entirely transparent.
Verbal Offer: This is the offer stage, I received one, but the person who handles HR was very unprofessional and tricky- it was a strange experience- and they will require you to commit before you can see a formal offer and job description on paper. I think this is to keep down the number of people "rejecting" their formal offers, but that's just my guess.
