Extremely lengthy process. The process took more than 5 weeks. Multiple rounds of interview with various team members and department heads. Put through 3 rounds of interviews for an AVP level role. Always scheduled the interviews with little notice period (1/2days). Real waste of time and very bad experience. No diversity in the team as well.
