Had an initial screening with recruiter and was told I was a top candidate and they would be moving me to the next round, and asked to email my availability. Emailed availability but did not hear back. Recruiter responded apologizing that the week got busy, and to send new availability for the following week. Sent availability, did not receive a response. Emailed to follow up if I was still being considered for the role, never heard back.

During the first phone screen with the recruiter, I was told that I'm the top candidate therefore my resume was already forwarded to the hiring manager. Had a great next interview with the hiring manager as well, and was told several times during the chat that the interview went "great". However, they eventually ghosted me despite my follow-up.
