HR-led, three rounds, with candidates whittled by round. Each round with 1:1 interviews, first round included HR and one other business leader, separately. Second round was to include two other business leaders, separately. Was told in first round by both interviewers that I was an ideal candidate and would be moving on; later was informed by HR that they were not moving on with me as a candidate. HR offered feedback/follow-up in a call, but never scheduled the call or returned an email to schedule the call.
