I was hired 30 years ago, and I would guess the interview process has changed quite a bit. At that time, the interviewing was all done in one day - included an initial one-on-one, then psychological testing, then speaking to psychologist, then you wait to hear by mail.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
