Submission of resume which lead to Online testing including numerical and cognitive testing. Received a call from a recruiter to organise a video call interview with a partner which then lead to an offer

Describe a challenge you encountered in a previous job and explain how u overcame it.
First basic questions and process sheets. After that I go an invitation for a virtual meeting. However did not take place since I had to reschedule and then just quit my application.
