I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (New York, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward, all behavioral interviews with different people of various levels. First you meet with the entire group of Deloitte employees who have come up for the career fair at a pre-interview appetizers and drinks session. Everyone is very friendly and wants to see how well you can interact at a networking event as there will be many more networking events if you actually join the compant. The next day you'll have two interviews with managers, where you'll be asked a series of behavioral questions. Then you'll have to wait as they decide whether or not they like you, but if they do, you'll be asked to do an onsite interview at the office in which you'll be working. They do a similar networking event when you go into the office, and you meet with two senior managers/ partners when you go to that office. If they like you they'll call you back pretty quickly to let you know you have the job.

What about this team interests you?
Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
