Interview
Not bad. Panel interview. Met with a senior manager and a partner in the tax practice. Mainly behavioral and fit type questions. Then I was brought to the office for a tour and a social gathering. Lots of informal socializing occurs to see how you act in a more relaxed atmosphere.

Question 1
Describe a time where you were in a team where a conflict occured. How did you solve the conflict, what was the outcome of the group project?
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
