Phone interview that was out of the blue and not scheduled or confirmed. Unable to understand recruiter over the phone. The advertisement did not match what they were actually looking for when asking about the position nor were any of their requirements on my CV. The advert made it seem like a sales, marketing, and design centered program when it was actually heavy on technical and sysadmin which I wasn't prepared for. It would have been an easy interview if that was my field.
